I’m Rasheeda Bush, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through anxiety, relationship challenges, past wounds, and difficult seasons of life. My work focuses on helping people understand the emotional patterns that shape how they respond to stress, conflict, and connection so they can begin relating to themselves and others in healthier ways. By nature, I bring a calm and steady presence to the therapy space. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, drawing from trauma-informed care, emotionally focused work, and motivational interviewing.
